Sophie Just left school and wanted to shake off bad habits. She had a small dog walking round walking friends dogs when they were at work. Now Sophie walks for 40 minutes every morning.  After just 4 weeks she lost half a stone. She has found that her energy levels are much higher than before and it has made her a happier person.

Jenny walks with her dog to lose weight. She has a home business and combines this with 321's Walking Weight loss Fitness Programmes. She keeps fit and some more money for herself at the same time. She is Very Happy due to being in the fresh air, it has lifted her mood, and she has lost weight and is very toned up which her husband is very pleased with too., (so she informs us)!

Yvonne lives in Woking. She started a 321Walk Programme in January 2015.
